What inspires us
Why we developed Aurocor family solutions
Your challenge
Gold coatings are widely used for electrical contacts and connectors because of their outstanding corrosion resistance, conductivity, and durability under frequent mating cycles. However, as automotive electronics evolve, manufacturers require a high-speed, stable electrolytic gold deposition process capable of delivering high hardness, low and consistent contact resistance, and long-term corrosion protection. To meet these demands, effective post-treatment solutions are essential to preserve deposit integrity and performance even under harsh operating conditions.
Our solution
We provide three highly efficient gold plating processes, each featuring distinct co-deposited alloying materials tailored to specific performance and cost targets. Designed for high-speed operation up to 100 ASD, these processes combine exceptional flexibility with consistent, high-quality results. The resulting gold deposits exhibit excellent hardness, stable low contact resistance, and superior wear resistance, even after extensive mating cycles.
Qualified by major automotive manufacturers, these systems ¨C when combined with our Betatec product range ¨C offer a comprehensive plating and post-treatment solution that helps shape the next generation of reliable, high-performance connectors.
