Zintek 200 is a high-performance silver zinc flake basecoat engineered for exceptional corrosion resistance in demanding environments. Designed for applications in automotive, construction, heavy machinery, and agriculture, this solvent-based coating forms a durable, conductive barrier that protects metal components from oxidation- corrosion.
With its superior adhesion and impact and wear resistance, Zintek 200 provides long-lasting protection. It withstands over 1,000 hours in ISO 9227 Neutral Salt Spray Testing (NSST) without visible corrosion, making it ideal for fasteners, chassis parts, and brake components. Our non-PFAS, heavy metal-free coating meets stringent OEM standards (Volkswagen TL245, Mercedes-Benz MBN10544, General Motors GMW3359), ensuring compatibility with industry requirements.
